RustyBrick is proud to announce the launch of an other e-commerce site named 1800-Dessert. 1800 - Dessert specializes in "delivering the best gourmet desserts, from cakes, pies & tarts to cookies, chocolate, coffee & tea - sure to please even the most selective recipient on your list." As with most of our e-commerce sites, there is a lot going on behind the scenes in order to streamline the daily operations of the e-commerce business. We have helped build a custom call center module that enables the 1800-Dessert support representatives field customer inquires and orders. In addition, we have worked to streamline the order management between the place of the order, the payment processing, the vendor notification and much more.
