HTML / CSS / XHTML Developer
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with pleasant personality and good organizational skills to work as a HTML / CSS / XHTML Web developer. At least 2 years working experience with HTML & CSS is required. The developer must understand how content management systems and dynamic sites work.
Must be willing to work on-site! Suffern, Rockland County, New York.
Must be able to understand all aspects of a typical business. We have all varieties of clients and need strong business skills.

Duties:
Responsibilities include the following:
- Coding Photoshop designed templates and screens by hand.
- Tweaking frontend and backend templates for increased usability.
- Streamlining code for more efficient download and improved search engine visibility.
- Co-operation with other Web development team members (e.g. Project manager, Web programmers, graphic designers, and authors, quality assurance) in the production of a finished product.
- Ability to work on project without detailed instructions; taking the initiative with this job is important.
- On-going maintenance of existing projects.
Qualifications:
- Hand coding HTML & CSS
- Javascript experience a huge plus
- Coding standards, organizational programming skills and good commenting practices is important
- Understanding PHP, MySQL, CMS, Dynamic Sites
- Experience in Web E-commerce projects
- Passion for Web 2.0
