Logo Design Process, Terms, and Conditions

RustyBrick, Inc. Logo Design will begin the design development process upon sending an order confirmation to a Client. The confirmation will be sent by email within 48 hours after the order, thus assigning a designer and confirming the immediate start of the project. The order will be confirmed only the after receipt of completed Order Form and authorization of the Client's credit card. The initial logo ideas will be presented to the Client by email within 4 working days of assigned start date.

After receiving the Client's feedback, RustyBrick Logo Design will proceed to the refinement stage or will produce additional logo concepts. Results of each revision phase or additional concepts will be presented to the Client within 72 hours after the Client's feedback for each phase. Once the logo has been approved by the Client, RustyBrick Logo Design will proceed to the delivery phase. Within 48 hours the Client will receive the logo in the native file format (Corel Draw) and in any other file formats preferred by the Client. RustyBrick Logo Design guarantees the delivery of one vector file format and one Web optimized file format. Other formats and sizes can be delivered for free, upon the Client's request.

ADDITIONAL WORK: Should Client require additional artwork beyond the scope of the standard logo package (either concurrently with the logo project or at a later date), the Client will be offered a price list for other corporate identity or graphic items. Additional work will be done after prepaying add-on services in full.

REGARDING TRADEMARKS AND SERVICE MARKS: RustyBrick, Inc. expects the Client to perform the research on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the Client's legal rights to any name or image. RustyBrick Logo Design is not and will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.

OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS. Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. RustyBrick Logo Design retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of RustyBrick Logo Design.
