Megillas Esther iPhone App Now Works On iPad
We have updated our popular Megillas Esther iPhone App to enable it to work as a "universal" app, meaning, it works natively on an iPad and takes full advantage of the large screen.
The Megillas Esther iPhone App has the full content of the Megillah of Esther, including before and after blessings. It has five noise making sounds with the option to add more sounds at a fee. It includes Trup aka Cantoral Marks and now works just as well on an iPad.
Besides for the iPad support, we added a couple new things include:
- Haman Highlighter (Check Settings App)
- Added Extra Blessings Said After the Megilla
- Quick App Switching Support
- Better iOS4 Support

I can't get the sound to work on my iPad. Am I missing something?

Make sure your volume is up and vibrate is off.

I love this app on my iPhone and everyone at my shul got a big kick out of it last year. However, I don't really need any more sounds than the original ones you provide. Is there any way to shut off the ad to get more sounds?

No, I wasn't asking how to turn off the sounds themselves. I was asking how to get rid of the ad that pops up at the bottom asking whether you want to buy more sounds.

Oh. Don't think there is a way now. We will add it. Sorry.
