Get Hebrew Translator for iPhone!

This is a useful Hebrew to English and English to Hebrew translator / dictionary / milon for the iPhone. You can translate Hebrew by typing using our Hebrew keyboard and clicking translate. In addition, you can use the built in Apple keyboard to translate from English to Hebrew.

Version 2.0 of the iPhone did not have a hebrew keyboard, so we created one so you can type Hebrew and get translation. This application uses the Google Translate API and requires internet access to work.

Google's translation service uses billions of words of text, both monolingual text in the target language, and aligned text consisting of examples of human translations between the languages. Google then applies statistical learning techniques to build a translation model.

This is very interesting app but I think there are some problems in it that you need to fix up. As I have read the comments it freezes in iPhone. This is very important that you fix this in order us to maintain using it without any problems.

Very good app. But recently after I've used it a lot-- maybe 2-3hrs, it freezes. I have to turn the Iphone off completely in order to bring it (the App) back. Is there a fix for this?

The technology development is amazing, with those translation app available in your smartphone, you are able to understand easily, it's really helpful when you are traveling in a foreign country. But I still think computer can't take human's position in translation, there are still many complicated document, literature that needs human to finish, that's why there are still so many translation agency that could exist in the market.

Love the app, but Have difficulty when trying to change from Hebrew to English and vice versa. Either nothing happens or it takes a long time to change over

Using iPhone you cannot enlarge keyboard by rotating the phone.

Love the app. Use it daily... however since yesterday it has not worked. Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet, but I am through wifi. Please fix asap...need it for my studies badly!

Here we are in Jerusalem. Last evening my wife lost her camera, we think sae may have dropped it outside the Knesset. We went to ask, on the way the cab driver did not speak English . I looked up "lost camera" but when I than looked up "yes the government near the guardhouse" the translation for lost camera was gone. It would be nice if the app held and scrolled the phrases, because often you have to go back and repeat. Thanks. I have several apps and love them. My guide is observant and was impressed when I told him about the minyanim section.
