National Healthcareer Association (NHA) hired RustyBrick to build a complete web-based solution for the organization to use in the day-to-day operations. The web software was custom built to replace third-party, out-of-box solutions, and build a single solution, with a single data source, help improve company-wide efficiencies and processes.
The solution encompasses a customer relationship management system for customer service, a lead management portal for the sales team, a finance section with QuickBooks integration, frontend ordering modules and a section for management to oversee the daily operation. Now the finance team sees the same, real-time information that sales and customer service sees.
By building a solution around how NHA functions, we were able to create tight workflows for all business divisions within the company. These workflows help with data integrity and customer satisfaction. Enabling the whole company to access the same data but tailored to each divisions permissions allows for a smooth running organization. Designing a frontend area where customers can purchase exams directly online and integrate the exam dates, scores and customer information with the backend system removes any data duplication and saves costs and time.
