First Hire Me iPhone App

There are enough quiz apps for the iPhone to keep you busy for a lifetime. Well, we at RustyBrick are always trying to think out of the box.  That is exactly what we did when the time came to hire another web developer and another mobile app developer. Our quiz app will not share your highscore on facebook nor allow you to shake your iPhone for a new question. RustyBrick Hire Me! might just land you a new job.

We figured we could leaverge the iPhone platform to be our virtual recruiter. It would be able to attract developers, filter out the bad ones and make sure they are serious - all like a physical recruiter would. The only difference is that this costs a hell of a lot less. This is how it works:

After downloading the app, you are presented with a series of questions like what kind of developer you are, a techical question that a developer of that type would know and whether or not your willing to work in our local office.  If you fail at any stage, we let you know your not RB material. If you make it through all of the rounds, we email you a link to our full application on the web. You pass that, you get an interview.
