Biography
Mabelyn Glanzman was born in Havana, Cuba in 1975, and emigrated to the U.S. in 1984. In 1993, with a fully paid scholastic scholarship in hand, Mabelyn attended New Jersey City University as a National Honor Society Member. In 1997 she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Media Arts and a double minor in Film Theory and Photography.
With over ten years of demonstrated creative experience, Mabelyn has worked independently and as part of the inhouse creative teams for British Telecom, ON24, Bloomberg, Jacuzzi, Xchange, HBO, PressPoint, Surfer Network, Glitterwrap, and The Creative Group and others.
In 2007 she became the Creative Director at Rustybrick and has worked with brands and clients ranging from the fashion industry to charity organizations.
Her versatile expertise extends not just to web but also to video, multimedia, print, package design and manufacturing. As a web designer her strengths are e-commerce, UI design, and mobile application design. Mabelyn's design philosophy is form over function and always strives to create sites that are enticing, beautiful and usable.
