We Can Stretch Our Legs
For a really long time now, we have been cramming our coders into our tight office space. A few months back, we finalized our temporary expansion plans by working out a deal to take over some of the available space from our office neighbor.
The work is just about done but more importantly, the coders have already marked their territory in the new space. We basically added 45% more billable space to our office. But increased our staff size by 500% since leasing this space in 2002.
The layout is a bit awkward, since there is no hallway attaching the new offices. Instead, you walk through one office to get to the new office and then walk through that office to get to another office.

Glad that you now have bigger and better office space for your company. It's nice to have spacious and more comfortable office, so you could work well with your colleagues. Our office in Charlotte used to be messy and lifeless. But with redesigning and better layout of the workplace, it made us more energized and willing to work more.

If you really want to have larger space then it is advisable for you to plan your office renovation and it is better if you create a blue print of your office for the success of your work.
