West Nyack, New York - RustyBrick, Inc. developed a mobile and web based enterprise application for All Star Realty & Management. The application contains both web and mobile based aspects, including a mobile app for the workforce out on the road and a web based application for the staff working in the office. All Star Realty & Management is a full-service property management company.
All Star and RustyBrick designed a web based system to optimize the routes taken by the property preservation and management company's staff. The route optimization system helps the workforce complete more jobs in a single day, while saving cost on gas and time traveling. The mobile app sends appointment data and directions to the remote workforce. It also enables the employees out on a job to track what the job requirements are, if they are approved, and document the job after it was completed.
The data is then used with All Star's payroll system and billing software. The reporting engine shows upper management how productive each employee is, if jobs are getting done in a timely and efficient manner and piece of mind that job requirements are getting completed professionally and efficiently.
