The StaffTracker Travel Compliance Mobile iPhone App is an integral part of the Newland Chase Travel Compliance Tool Set. The Travel Compliance Tool Set is a unique offering for Global organizations that have employees travelling and working internationally and want to ensure compliance with all government regulations for the countries that the employees are travelling to or intending to visit in the future.
RustyBrick handled both the design and implementation of the app. Our design team worked closely with the client to stay within brand and convey the appropriate message. The layout and UI were then implemented and coded by our iOS Team.
The iOS team then worked hard to make sure that the tracking of locations was reliable. For battery life and performance reasons, we came up with some unique ways to monitor location only when the user has moved significantly. This required in-depth testing to ensure stability and performance.
