West Nyack, New York - RustyBrick, Inc. was contracted by CIBT to design and program the StaffTracker Travel Compliance Mobile app for iOS. The StaffTracker Travel Compliance iOS app is part of the Newland Chase Travel Compliance Tool Set. The Travel Compliance Tool Set is a unique offering for Global organizations that have employees traveling and working internationally and want to ensure compliance with all government regulations for the countries that the employees are traveling to or intending to visit in the future.

Stafftracker Main

The app provides travel alerts, visa expiration notifications, trip history and upcoming trip notifications. The app is designed for your global workforce to stay on top of the complexities around traveling internationally for work. App features include:

  • Customized Employee Dashboard: The employee dashboard is personalized for that employee's specific travel schedule and displays all critical alerts at the top of the iPhone screen followed by travel details such as travel warnings, past travel history, approved upcoming travel schedules, employee visas, and the employee's profile information.
  • Real Time Travel Warnings: Each employee will receive personalized travel warnings based on their travel schedules. These are notifications for which the employee has ample time to take action. Examples include a 30 day stay limit warning or a 12 month warning for passport expiry.
  • Employee Visas: The employee visa section of the App displays all of the employee's travel visas and documents other than their passports.
  • Approved Upcoming Travel: In the approved upcoming travel section, the employee can view their approved upcoming travel and also their past travel. In this section, the employee will have access to all of the International trips that have been reviewed by a Newland Chase immigration specialist and approved for employee travel. The approved upcoming travel section includes trip details such as the travel dates and the purpose of the each trip.
  • Past Travel: In the past travel section, the employee can toggle between approved upcoming travel and all previous travel. In this section, the employee sees all of their previous International trips. Each previous trip entry provides the employee with an entry date, exit date and the purpose of the trip.
  • Account Information: The account information section includes the employee's personal profile information and their passport and visa information.
