RustyBrick is looking for an AI-Savvy Junior Project Manager to help coordinate a wide variety of web systems, apps, frontend/backend projects, APIs, massive portals, Jewish apps, and other custom client work.
This is a full-time remote role for someone junior, but unusually sharp, organized, technical, and excited about using modern AI tools to work smarter.
The right person should be comfortable gathering specs from clients, turning requests into clear tasks, coordinating developers, QAing builds, tracking progress, and making sure the development team always has the right work in front of them and is moving efficiently.

Duties:
Responsibilities include the following:
- Gather project specs and requirements from clients
- Turn client requests into clear tasks, tickets, and next steps for developers
- Coordinate with developers to keep projects moving efficiently
- Help prioritize work across web apps, mobile apps, APIs, frontend, backend, and portal projects
- QA builds and review work before it goes back to clients
- Track timelines, open items, and project status
- Use modern AI tools to improve PM workflows, specs, QA, documentation, and communication
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working closely with developers and technical teams
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to understand web and app project requirements
- Experience with Figma, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools
- Interest in modern AI tools and how they can improve project management
- Xcode and Google AI Studio familiarity are pluses
