RustyBrick is doing well, we are growing at a safe but nice pace. But we are in the same office space as we were in 2002. In 2002 we had a total of 3 people in a space of about 1,025 square feet. Starting this Monday, we will have 16 people in the same space.
We are working on getting more space, some how, working with the owners of the building. Either by expanding our current space, using parts of other offices here or just moving to the adjacent building. I hate the idea of moving, but honestly, it is not like we have to move dental equipment or big machines. At most, we have office furniture, lots of computers and servers and then all the networking.
I hope to have a clearer vision of our expansion plans early next week.
I would like to make a public apology to our awesome staff for putting up with the tight space. Hopefully things will get better in the near future!
