Several months ago I bought myself a new toy, a drone, it is named the DJI Spark and it is a super cool and impressive drone. The issue is, I grounded it.
I simply never ever use it. I probably flew the thing 10 times and since then, it sits on my desk, grounded. At least I got to use the box for my desk of gadget boxes but outside of that, I did take some office shots here and there, used it for a family occasion and that was it.
It has been many months since I last flew the thing. Yea, it is the winter but only recently has the weather been bad. Maybe I'll take it out in the summer, but I doubt it.
I guess droning is not my thing? It is a super cool toy, it takes super impressive photos and videos. I don't know if it is about me not having much spare time or never going outside or always sitting behind my computer screen or something else. I do not blame the drone itself, I just don't use it.
If I would buy one today, I'd probably go for the DJI Mavic Air but that came out after the Spark.
How many of your gadget toys do you use once or rarely and regret buying? I can name quiet a few including the Spectacles from Snap.
