Google Caffeine Interviews

Published November 11, 2009

google caffeineYesterday, I was interviewed, back to back, by two publications on the Google Caffeine index. In short, Google is working on a new index (database) to discover, store and process their data. They have been testing this index on a Sandbox domain, at www2.sandbox.google.com until yesterday morning. They closed down the Sandbox and announced they are going to test this on some users on Google.com. Because of that, I was interviewed by two publications.

WebProNews published a video interview with me on the topic. Here is that video:

FutureTense, a Canadian based radio show, also interviewed me and the interview should be live today over here. The FutureTense interview is more for the layperson, whereas the WebProNews is a bit more technical.

You can read more from myself on this update over here, here and here.
